Dr. Parker completed an accredited colorectal fellowship at the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles, CA. Prior to this, Dr. Parker completed fellowship training at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL with focus on hernia repair and gastrointestinal surgery.
He completed his residency in General Surgery at New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY. He graduated from the Rutgers University - Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in Piscataway, NJ. His undergraduate degree is from Hamilton College in Clinton, NY.
